Funding: as for funding The Royal-navy have continued to gather some support from the new queens hall orchestra, they give no more than a handful of concerts to the ravy each year to prevent high funds. the funding provides the foundations upon which the orchestras can secure the donations, corporate with sponsorship's and commercial income for the organisation. This enables them to achieve high artistic standards when they charge affordable prices and while they be running a huge range of other activities specially designed to spread music and their company awareness this comes in the field of advertising.
Financial issues:
as clearly said the royal-navy gets money from charities, they sell their products and they receive some money too from the government..

Here above as you can see in the Hierarchical Organisation Structure the Commander -in Chief fleet is at the top of the Hierarchy as he makes all the decisions for the organisation. below them are the departments that have been broken down into 4 sections were they will decided what they have to do for their job role and how to train and assist the rest of the team. in a business industry this is known the Matrix Structure as the employees work in team but they do not get the chance to expand their job role in other departments and areas of the business.

Equality and Diversity:
Oxfam ensure that both men and woman should be treated with equal respect."Discrimination and injustice are major causes of poverty worldwide. And ensuring women and men benefit equally from our work is a vital part of what we do".
Oxfam has a number of surveys and research towards gender justice. Their policy of "why equality towards woman? " according to Oxfams research they believe that if your're a woman your more to be poor than a man living on earth - as search this statement states that as women do more work than men at times they are the ones that are most discriminated.
They believe that this discrimination has been going on for years, most women are often denied to have access to educate themselves in education because of race background, religion etc. they also believe that they are also rejected and denied cause of health reasons, and nutrition from birth, and they believe that they can change this around from today's help of environment.
As Oxfam is currently succeeding on equality toward women gender justice, globally the facts show the following deals towards women.
- Towards education, majority of two third of women/girls are denied from schools
- Towards working, women are to be only earning 10% of incomes toward men, as yet work two-thirds of the worlds working hours,
- Towards welfare domestic violence is one of the most biggest problems in this day of year towards women that are being violently abused and injured by men worldwide.
- Towards democracy woman are to hold only 14% of governmental position seats worldwide.

Financial Issues: i believe that Oxfam gets their money from charities, they sell their products and they receive some money too from the government. many people donate through charitable events, where many customers get involved and most do sponsorship, others buy products from the Oxfam online website most of them also most of them do visit their local stores and donate money their. Oxfam customers also shop online by logging into their customer Oxfam account and donate money by using a payment system service. Another point to be noted is that their are no frauds while donating online as they have 100% security with their online donations.

Funding: As mentioned above, we've discovered that Oxfam makes their income by donations, as it is a non profitable organisation. They organize many charitable events which is based to donate money. and many put and setup stalls outside shopping centers and malls to advertise their market and to spread awareness about the poverty worldwide. Oxfam has also made a easy payment service by just logging into their website and donating money directly.
Organisational structure: in this organisation, the director is at the head of the business, below it is the directors on board that will decide the three departments, and they are to be spited and broke down into teams, from their they will decide the job roles for the rest of the team members.

Functional Areas/Job roles: the functional areas in the Oxfam Organisation, are the listed below:
- Administration - Admin is one of the most biggest support system point in a business that is required by any business, this is where they assist and monitor the income and budget, and also assist and interview for recruitment member's and teams. They also purchase all the raw materials and supplies for all the office work such as equipment, get feed back on the esquires and orders. also Organize all the events taking place such as charitable events, shows conferences meetings and lectures.
- ICT - in the IT department the main roles are that they organize and update all the systems on the computers or office, back-up all the documents and work that has to be covered, repair and tech work or fault in the computers, ensuring that there is security system available at all times and that they are working to protect the website and the customers from general fraud, hackers and viruses.
- Marketing - when it come to marketing the customers needs and exceptions are to be at the highest position, this department is about making sure that the customer service is being given at the best way as possible to attract the customer. This point comes to a business when they're promoting there business, the features may include designing and updating the product by customer feed-back. Having promotions and discount offers. Doing leaflets to collect market research.
- Finance - this department is important to any business, and this is the point where all the income is being collected/analyzed to see whether they are making profit or not. But Oxfam is a non-profitable organisation Finance doesn't matter to them as much has their main purpose is to help relief worldwide poverty at poorer countries.
